Requests for duplicate designs will be considered depending on availability of materials used. If you see a design marked ‘Sold’ that you would like please send a request by email to: admin@manicbutterflyjewels.com, and include item number & description.
Forms of Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal using all credit/debit cards. You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to make payments through PayPal. Money orders will also be accepted, with shipment being made after payment is received and confirmed.
Shipping Policy
Shipping in the United States
Shipping is now totally FREE in the U.S.!! Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Average delivery time for First-Class mail is 1-3 days after shipping. Priority and Express mail is available for an additional fee.

Shipping to International Destinations
Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped via First Class mail international and be charged according to postal area & weight.

Return Policy
My goal is for your complete satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit minus shipping costs. Only items that are unworn, undamaged, and unaltered may be returned. Please email me at: admin@manicbutterflyjewels.com within 3 days of receipt, before sending the item back. Item must be returned within 14 days, postage paid-no CODs accepted.
Repairs
I will gladly make repairs to items if there is a defect in materials, otherwise normal wear and tear is to be expected. When making repairs I will use original materials as they are available to me, however, if original materials are not available I will replace with materials of the same high quality.
