Requests for duplicate designs will be considered depending on design and
availability of materials used. If you see a design marked ‘SOLD’ that you
would like a duplicate of please send a request by email to:
uniquebeadcreations@usa.com   Please include item number.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment,
excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates are as follows:
$2.00-Orders under $100.00
FREE!!-Orders over $100.00
**Shipping is only within the United States at this time.

Return Policy

My goal is for your complete satisfaction!
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it for a
full refund of the purchase price or store credit minus shipping costs.
Only items that are unworn, undamaged, and unaltered may be returned.
Please email me at: uniquebeadcreations@usa.com within 3 days of
receipt, before sending the item back. Item must be returned within 14
days, postage paid-no CODs accepted.  

Repairs

I will gladly make repairs to items if there is a defect in materials,
otherwise normal wear and tear is to be expected. When making repairs I
will use original materials as they are available to me, however, if
original materials are not available I will replace with materials of the

Forms of Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal using all credit/debit cards. You do not have to
be a PayPal member in order to make payments through PayPal. Money orders
will also be accepted, with shipment being made after payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, excluding

Shipping rates are a flat fee of $4.00 for standard, insured shipping. Other
shipping methods will be charged accordingly.

**These rates apply only within the United States. International rates will be
calculated according to destination location.
